Common questions

What happens after my 3 free runs are used?
Your reports stay viewable forever. To run more, you can buy a tier on /pricing — Scout starts at $X for X runs/year. No surprise charges; no auto-billing.
Whose AI keys are used during the trial?
Ours. We run trial sessions on a company-funded MiniMax key, so you don't need to sign up for any AI provider first. If you upgrade to a paid tier you can BYOK (bring your own key) for any provider — Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, MiniMax.
Are the runs real or just a demo?
Real. Every Scout, Forge, and Prove run goes through the same engine our paid users have, hits the same APIs, writes the same reports to the same database. The only difference vs a paid run is the LLM key source and the 1-run cap.
How long does each run take?
Scout: 5–15 minutes. Forge: 15–35 minutes. Prove: 30–60 minutes. All run in the background — close the tab and come back, you won't lose progress.
What's stored about me?
Email + hashed password (Supabase Auth standard). Run inputs and outputs are stored under your account so you can return to them. We don't sell or share data; see the Terms for full detail.
